වින්ඩෝස් 7 වල backup කිරිමේ පහසුකම් කිහිපයක් ම පවතින අතර
එයින් එක් ක්‍රමයක් නම් System image එකක් සෑදීමයි.
මෙය සිදු කිරිමට අපට වෙනත් මෘදුකාංගයක් කිරිමට අවශ්ය වන්නෙ නැති අතර
එ සදහා පහසුකම් වින්ඩොස් 7 තුලම සලසා තිබේ.

Here is how you can create a system image in Windows 7:
1. Click on the Windows logo on the bottom left of the screen and click on Getting Started and then click on Back up your files. Alternatively, you can type Backup and Restore in the search field present on the Start Menu.
2. විවෘත වූ නව වින්ඩෝවේ ඇති Create a system image මත click කරන්න. Doing this will open a new window with the title Create a system image.
3. System image file එක save කරන ස්ථානය තේරිම කල යුතු වේ . Hard drive ය තුල, external hard disk ය තුල හෝ DVD තැටියක් තුල හෝ network location එකක මෙය ස්ථාපිත කල හැක
4. On the Which drives do you want to include in the backupscreen, you need to select the drives you want to backup and then click on Next. Please note that on the same screen, you will also be shown how much space the backup would take.
5. මෙහි දී backup එක confirm කල යුතු වන අතර backup වන drives මොනවාදැයි කියාද බලාගත හැක. ඉන් පසු Start click කරන්න
6. දැන් system image එක create වන තුරු බලා සිටිය යුතු ය. The speed of the backup varies from system to system depending upon its configuration.
7. ක්‍රියාවලිය අවසාන විමෙන් පසු, you will be asked Do you want to create a system repair disc? මෙම dialog box එක තුල system repair disc යනු කුමක් ද කියා සදහන් වේ . You can confirm by pressing Yes and save the system repair disc in a secure location and it will lead you on to the next screen.
8. System repair disk එකක් අවශ්ය නම් blank DVD එකක් burn කර අදාල repair disk එක සාද ගත යුතු වේ
දැන් System Recovery Options වෙත ගොස් ඔබට අවශ්ය Restore කිරීම හෝ backed up system image and system repair disc කිරිම පහසුවෙන් සිදු කල හැක
