steps,
download java and install - http://java.com/en/download/index.jsp
download android SDK - http://dl.google.com/android/android...10-windows.zip
& extract it to somewhere..
run the SDK Setup.exe to start,
it will open and check for available updates
in some time pakage installer will apear and u can choose wat u want to install..
here im installing only the latest ver.. SDK flatform 3.0
reject the other versions..& press install
itl take some time 2 download & install wait for it..
when done massege box will apear ..
then u can setup emulator to test Android on ur pc
in AVD Manager
press new button Enter a name for your Android and select the version from the dropdown menu.
Enter a size under the SD Card
Then, select a screen size from the skin options
press create AVD, ur done creating it..
lets run it..
in AVD manager under virtual devices > select wat u created & press> start
start up
Screen , just press unlock..

Play around with ur Virtual Android.. Since this is an emulator, you may notice some lag
